Returns & Exchanges

At Marc Anthony, we want you to love your hair results; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of their contents remaining to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the hair care items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the products in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
